Terms & Conditions

By booking a flight with Hot Air Balloon Marrakech, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. The balance is due before the flight date. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at the launch site.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight: full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable. Weather cancellations: full refund or rescheduling offered at no charge.

Safety & Passenger Requirements

Passengers must be at least 6 years old. Pregnant women and passengers with serious cardiac or mobility conditions are not permitted to fly. Maximum passenger weight: 120 kg. Passengers must follow all crew instructions during the flight.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal data (name, email, phone) solely for the purpose of processing your booking inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Liability

Hot Air Balloon Marrakech carries third-party liability insurance. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the flight. We are not liable for flight cancellations due to weather conditions beyond our control.
